		Nameway® is an accredited registrar of dutch .nl domain names, via the central registry in The Netherlands, www.nic.nl Registration of dutch domain names (.nl) is possible for any individual or business, anywhere in the world. Your .nl domain name will be registered to your own name, as with all domains registered at Nameway®.

The central body in the Netherlands responsible for issuing licences to registrars, SIDN (Stichting Internet Domeinregistratie Nederland). requires all registrants of dutch .nl domain names to submit a registration contract for each .nl domain name registered.

Adres (geen postbus):		Your Address (This must be a street address and cannot be a P.O. BOX)

Adres in Nedserland (geen postbus):		Leave this field empty if you do not have a contact address in The Netherlands. SIDN permits .nl registrars to provide a dutch address on behalf of .nl domain name registrants who do not have an adres in the Netherlands. Nameway® will provide this adres as a supplementary contact address for you.
Administratieve Contact:		The Admin contact for your domain name.
Telefoonnummer & email:		You may list your telephone number here, even if this is not within The Netherlands. If you do not have a telephone number, please leave this field empty.
Technische Contact:		Please leave this field free. Nameway® is the technical contact for all dutch domain names.

Do I have to be a business to register a dutch .nl domain name?

No, anyone can register a .nl domain name, regardless of where in the world you live. Please note that we do not sell any of our products to children under the age of 18. Please register your domain name via a guardian if you are under 18.

How many .nl domain names can I register?

There are no limitations. You can register as many dutch domains as you like.

How do I change the name servers of my .nl domain?

SIDN does not allow domain registrants to manually change their own name servers. Simply send us an email with the details of your name servers, and we will change these for you. There are no costs involved in doing this. Please note that it is a requirement that all .nl domain names be supported by at least 2 seperate name servers.

My address, telephone number etc. have changed. How can I update this information?

SIDN does not allow domain registrants to manually change contact details. Simply send us an email, and we will initiate the necessary changes on your behalf.

I already have an existing .nl domain name and want to transfer it to Nameway®, is this possible?

Yes, simply indicate on the application for that you wish to transfer your domain name. We will send you the necessary forms by email.
